As part of their co-branding exercise with Arsenal FC, Puma needed to increase the Product Knowledge of their Retail Store Reps on new products released to mark this venture.
A training module named the Great Gunners Challenge was designed. Taking the micro-learning approach, this module was divided into mini-modules centered on the new partnership between Arsenal and Puma, new line of products and their FAB’s (Features, Advantages and Benefits). Through scenario based questioning and game mechanics, 400+ reps were trained on the modules for a period of 7 days.
