Configuration and Custom Set Up

Our Technical Program Specialists will get in touch with your IT team to understand all your infrastructure setups, existing 3rd party applications, security guidelines and your sales force preferable mode of usage like browser version in desktop, mobile handset type, operating system and version. He will then work with the Customer Success Coach to ensure that all your company policies are aligned with Outsell Product configuration.

The Customer Success coach will work with your Training or Product team to set up an exclusive instance for you on any cloud infrastructure, preferably Amazon cloud and protect your data with 3 step security process & 128 bit SSL encryption. He will work with your Business team to get required content for training, brand guidelines and user lists and other details to set it up in Outsell backend.

Content Strategy for training initiatives

Our sales learning expert will help you understand how to approach content planning in order to

  • Evaluate what content you currently have
  • Figure out what content you need
  • Devise a plan for creating new or updating existing content
  • Load all content required for training onto the outsell platform
  • Write product knowledge quizzes or assessments questions

We also submit reports to our clients on content consumption that identifies your most viewed, used and effective content.

Validation and Go Live

Post configuration and set up with our Technical Program Specialists, our Customer Success Coach will test out the entire application in terms of performance, latency and security aspects. Once that is done he and his team will plug in the required training content, your company branding, logos and also set up the list of users, departments, groups if required in Outsell backend. He will create an admin panel for your point of contact be it training or product head, assign rights, ownerships to create, view, edit and delete permissions. He will then provide a detailed walkthrough of the admin panel and perform a round of load,performance & security testing. At each step your point of contact will sign off and once all validations, setup, testing are done a final sign-off will kick off the roll out process.

Rollout and User Adoption

Throughout the implementation phase till go live our customer success coach will make sure that the system is designed as per specifics, tested and up and running ready to be used by your sales force. Our communication specialist than will run a series of communication interventions that would onboard new users, give them specific guidelines and tutorials on how to use the platform. Our communication specialist will often run fun contests that entice new users to come onboard and enjoy the outsell experience.

The communication and engagement does not end in 30 or 90 days but goes on through the entire life time of the customer on a weekly basis. Various templates and touch points are designed to make sure that sales reps love the platform while the company benefits from the investment
